Safety and compliance
Equipment is supplied to the manufacturer’s certified specification and installed to it. Passenger lifts come with emergency braking, fire-resistant materials in the car and shaft, and provision for surveillance and emergency communication. Commissioning includes the load and safety testing the equipment is certified against, and the test records are handed over with the installation.
Specifying a lift
The figures that determine the quotation are the number of floors and the travel height, the rated load or passenger capacity, the speed, and whether the shaft already exists or has to be built. Tell us those and the building type, and we will confirm what suits the site.
How we quote
Quotations are landed cost plus installation, covering the equipment, freight, duty, clearance, delivery to site and commissioning. Maintenance is quoted separately as an annual contract so you can see what the running cost is before you commit.
