What we collect
We collect only what you type into an enquiry form, plus a small amount of technical information your browser sends automatically.From the enquiry and test drive forms:

- Company name, where you give one

- Quantity or volume, and any message you write
- For test drive requests, your preferred date
Automatically, when you load a page: your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages you visited. This is ordinary web server logging.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and contact you about it. That is the only purpose. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not send newsletters or promotional email unless you have separately asked for them.Our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Spam protection and Google reCAPTCHA
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell a real enquiry from an automated one. To do that, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device including your IP address and sends it to Google for analysis. This happens on every page that carries a form.Your use of the site is therefore also subject to Google’s

Terms of Service.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies WordPress needs to function, and Google reCAPTCHA sets its own. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the enquiry forms may stop working if you block them entirely.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details reach our own staff and are stored on our website host and in our email. We share personal information outside the company only where it is necessary to carry out the work you asked us to do. For example passing consignee details to a freight forwarder or a customs broker or where the law requires it.We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become business are kept while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Records connected to an actual shipment are kept for as long as customs, tax and trade law require them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
